Cleaning Staff / All-Around Helper (m/f/d)
We are looking for a reliable, independent, and organized cleaning staff member (m/f/d)who, in addition to traditional cleaning tasks, is interested in a variety of support duties in a technical environment.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, taking on responsibility, and don’t want to perform the exact same tasks every day.

Your Responsibilities
- Cleaning and maintaining our operational, office, and work areas
- Ensuring cleanliness and order throughout the entire work environment
- Cleaning machines, equipment, and technical components
- Assisting with simple technical and manual support tasks
- Helping with assembly, maintenance, and preparation work
- Assisting with loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment
- Performing various hands-on support tasks following training
- Assignments outside the regular work location
- Occasional business trips and work assignments within Austria and Germany
Your Profile
- Very good written and spoken German
- Class B driver’s license
- Willingness to travel for work and perform assignments outside the regular workplace in Austria and Germany
- Interest in technical matters and enjoyment of hands-on tasks
- Manual dexterity is a plus
- High regard for order and cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and meticulously
- Reliability and a sense of responsibility
- Physical stamina
- Flexibility in handling a variety of tasks
- Willingness to perform technical and general support tasks in addition to cleaning duties

Compensation
Compensation is based on the collective bargaining agreement for workers in the iron and metal processing industry, in accordance with the actual duties performed and the classification under the collective bargaining agreement.
For those classified in wage group 7 (employees without specialized training), the minimum base wage under the collective bargaining agreement is currently €2,571.94 gross per month on a full-time basis (38.5 hours per week).
Depending on qualifications, experience, and actual responsibilities, a higher salary may be offered.
